MODIFY AND CANCEL ORDER
To make sure all the order process go fast and accurate, we are unable to modify or cancel your order after you get your shopping ID. So please review and be sure before you purchase and confirm your order.
Product will be sent to you only once you make a payment and successfully confirmed. Note: products in your shopping bag don't mean it reserved. You have to check out and purchase it first.
We have the right to cancel your order if we are unable to validate and confirm your payment. Due to system fails/errors that effect product's availability, we also serve the right to not process your order and we will refund your payment in full amount.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If something not right with your product/s, pleases email us at email@example.com for a friendly consultant and we will help you with the problem. We ONLY accept exchange due to size different and manufacture mistake within 7 days after you receive the product/s. Exchange is for free and with free shipping on the replacement item. Product has to remain unused and complete with the tag. Note: Exchange is based on mutual understanding and on our stock availability.
